Our holiday advisor & help center is available to call 24/7 for any kind of emergency problems or questions about the villa. You can also call during the daytime (09:00 - 21:00) for advice about tourist information or suggestions for sightseeing spots, beaches, shops, restaurants, activities, excursions, etc.
The villa has a landline which is connected directly to our office.
How it works
The phone can be used exactly as same as you use the phone in a hotel to call the reception from your room.
Dial 777 from the landline in the villa and it will be connected to the center. The calls are free of charge.

- You will be able to reach your Holiday advisor before and during your stay for any kind of questions, suggestions, or assistance, by email, Whatsapp or a landline (VOIP) phone in the villa which is directly connected to our office (like a room connected to the reception desk of a hotel).
