Melampes a luxury 440 sqm 5 bedroom 6.5 bathroom & 2 kitchen villa is suitable for 10 guests. It includes daily cleaning & grocery shopping, and a property supervisor available during your stay. The villa is fully secluded with amenities: infinity swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and hammam. The villa has a panoramic view of the Libyan sea and is located 4.8kms or 10 minute drive to the beach of Agios Georgios and another 15 minutes drive from the local resort area of Agia Galini full of amenities.

Ground Floor & Outdoor

As you enter through the front door of the villa, Melampes opens up to a spacious, contemporary, open plan living room area with 3 comfortable sofas and a fireplace. Wide panel patio glass doors lead to the infinity style pool and sunken hot tub overlooking stunning panoramic sea views. The kitchen is located on the ground floor to the right of the entrance. A simple modern full appliance kitchen with the breakfast table allows for self-serving during the stay. Kitchen patio doors lead to the covered outdoor seating, natural solid wood dining table for 10 guests, and spectacular views over the pool, sea and mountains.

The outdoor amenities include: 

Infinity style 50sqm walk in heated pool with depth ranging from  0,90m - 1,40m. The heating of the pool will cost an additional charge and can be used only for the entire  duration of the stay.

Bedroom 1 

Located on the ground floor, sea and mountain views are seen through the large patio doors that lead to a shared veranda. Includes a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00) can also be separated to create 2 singles (0,90x 2,00) upon prior request. Bathroom is shared with bedroom 2 located on the same floor.

Bedroom 2 

With two single beds (0,90x 2,00), this ground floor bedroom has patio doors to the shared veranda and benefits from sea and mountain views. Bathroom is shared with bedroom 1 located on the same floor.

Bedroom 3 

The final ground floor ensuite bedroom has a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00) that can be separated to create 2 singles (0,90x 2,00) upon prior request. Patio doors open onto the shared veranda and offer the same seamless views.

Upper level

Bedroom 4

The upper floor is dedicated to the spacious extravagant master bedroom and its large ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has sea and mountain views from the window and through patio doors includes 3 private balcony areas. The custom sized 2.00 x 2.00 bed can be made into 2 singles ( 1.00 x 2.00) if required.

Lower Level

Bedroom 5

The final ensuite bedroom is located on the lower floor. Its Queen bed (1,80 X 2,00)  can be separated and made into 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00), upon request.

-2 extra beds are available. Each is a folding bed can be set up in either of the master bedrooms ( 1 in each) or within the lower floor open plan living space.

-All bedrooms feature air conditioning, vanity units and ample wardrobe space

The lower floor area is a large open plan space consisting of a kitchen and 2 separate sofa seating areas - one next to the kitchen and the second by the bedroom. The main living area includes a Smart TV and Games Console , the perfect playroom space and the ideal spot for a movie night. A separate communal WC is located in this area.

A seating area has patio doors leading to a veranda and a separate laundry room with washing machine and utilities. This space can easily be separated from the main kitchen and playroom with bi fold doors for additional privacy.

The lower floor includes a sauna, hammam and massage table available with a dedicated glass shower stall.
