Villa Belle is a 440 sq.m luxury villa set in a privately fenced field of 4,000 sq.m that was specially designed to accommodate families. Located on a hill next to Atsipopoulo village this villa offers a variety of panoramic sea views from any angle of the garden, verandas, and balconies. You will be able to enjoy the views of Rethymno town, the fortress, the mountains, and the exquisite sunsets over the Cretan Sea. Totally isolated but very close to everything, the villa offers full privacy to our guests and a variety of facilities to entertain the whole family.

Layout

Spanning an impressive 440 sq.m. across three storeys, this exceptional property caters to the needs of modern travelers, offering a self-catered holiday experience that surpasses expectations. With its seamless fusion of comfort, style, and amenities, Villa Belle comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests in its seven generously-sized bedrooms.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of Villa Belle encompasses the inviting living room, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms, and one and a half bathrooms.

- Unwind on the comfortable corner sofa in the spacious sitting area or gather with your family at the dining table for 12 guests. The living area is equipped with a 75'' HDTV featuring a PS3 gaming console, a cozy fireplace, and opens up to a generous veranda, offering breathtaking sea views. Step onto the ground floor veranda, furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables and two outdoor dining areas—one accommodating up to 10 guests and the other perfect for a party of four. From here, you can also access the pool terrace.

-Next to the living room, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a separate indoor dining table for 6. The kitchen also boasts a seamless connection to the veranda, allowing you to enjoy mesmerizing views of the sea while preparing meals.

- The ground floor houses a bedroom featuring a king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) equipped with a 32'' TV, A/C, a vanity with a mirror, a wardrobe, and windows that provide stunning sea views. 

-Additionally, there is a second bedroom offering two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), a vanity, a wardrobe with a suitcase stand (the beds can be joined to create a king-size bed upon request), A/C, sea view, and an en-suite WC. 

-An additional bathroom with a shower cabin is also conveniently located on this level.

First Floor

On the first floor of Villa Belle, guests will find:

- The master bedroom, exuding elegance, features a king-size bed, a 32'' TV, A/C, a vanity with a mirror, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi bathtub. Additionally, it boasts a spacious closet with a safe and provides access to a private veranda adorned with a comfortable seating area, allowing you to indulge in breathtaking vistas.

- Another beautifully appointed bedroom awaits, offering two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. This room is equipped with A/C, a vanity, and grants access to a large private veranda. The expansive veranda can also be accessed from the hallway, providing a tranquil retreat.

- For added convenience, a well-appointed bathroom with a shower cabin is available for use by guests staying in the second bedroom.

Lower floor

As guests descend a few steps, they will discover an array of delightful features on the lower floor:

- The final three bedrooms, each boasting a king-size bed, en-suite bathrooms with shower cabins, wardrobes, and individual TVs. 

- A captivating playroom area awaits, offering a comfortable corner sofa and coffee table, a 65'' HDTV, a Playstation 4, and a selection of board games. Additionally, the playroom is furnished with a pool table and a foosball table, ensuring endless hours of entertainment. With access to the garden from both sides, including a spacious lawn area, guests can easily transition outdoors and enjoy the pool.

- For those with an athletic inclination, an impressive gym area awaits. Equipped with a range of fitness equipment, including a treadmill, elliptical machine, chest press, and a mirrored wall, the gym offers a convenient space to maintain your workout routine.

Outdoor area

However, the true gem of Villa Belle lies in its magnificent outdoor area. Spanning over 3 acres, the exterior landscape is a testament to beauty and luxury. Immaculately designed gardens, filled with vibrant trees and flowers, envelop the property, creating a serene oasis. Furthermore, the outdoor area offers an array of facilities for guests to enjoy. The outdoor area of Villa Belle offers an unparalleled setting, inviting guests to indulge in the ultimate outdoor experience. Whether it's lounging by the pool or gathering around the fire pit, every moment spent in this remarkable space is sure to be memorable. More specifically:

- Immerse yourself in the refreshing waters of the private, infinity swimming pool, spanning an impressive 70 sq.m. and reaching a depth of 1.40m. Bask in the sun on one of the five built-in sun beds, while savoring the warmth of summer days. For those seeking a warmer swimming experience, the pool can be heated upon advanced request for the duration of your stay with an additional daily charge. 

- An additional highlight is the second free-shaped pool, measuring 38 sq.m and being 0,70m deep, which is ideal for children. This pool features a built-in seating area, providing a cozy spot for relaxation. In addition, there is a charming wood-burning fire pit, perfect for gathering around in the evenings, creating an enchanting atmosphere. 

- The pool terrace is equipped with 2 sun beds, 2 bean bag loungers, 2 gazebos with double beds and an outdoor shower, so you can sunbathe with ease. Next to the pool, a spacious, shaded seating area offers a large built-in corner sofa and 2 coffee tables, perfect for lounging and enjoying leisurely conversations. From this vantage point, you'll revel in unobstructed views of the magnificent Fortezza fortress, the charming Rethymno town, and, of course, the mesmerizing expanse of the blue sea and sky.

- Linger in pure bliss in the 6-seater hot tub, where you can unwind while marveling at the panoramic views. Adjacent to the hot tub, a bar awaits, complete with an outdoor sink, four stools, and an additional built-in corner sofa, all perfectly shaded for your comfort.

- Embark on a culinary adventure with the gas BBQ or wood-burning oven, allowing you to create delectable meals in a unique al fresco setting. The outdoor kitchen also features two gas hobs, a fridge, and an outdoor sink, providing utmost convenience. Enjoy your delicious creations at the dining table, set under a pergola, which can accommodate up to 14 guests.
