Villa Belle is set in a private field and it’s layout is ideal to accommodate families. This 440 sq.m., three-storey property provides all essentials for a self-catered holiday that the modern traveller can think of, combining comfort, style and amenities and can comfortably accommodate 14 guests in its seven spacious bedrooms.

Located on a hill next to Atsipopoulo village, Villa Belle panoramic sea views from any angle of the garden, verandas and balconies thanks to its elevated position. You will be able to enjoy the views of Rethymno town, the fortress, the mountains and the exquisite sunsets over the Cretan sea. Totally isolated but very close to everything, Villa Belle allows you to unwind in peace or take advantage of the villa’s location close to Rethymnon and explore the nearby beached and villages.

Indoor Layout

First floor

In the first floor of Villa Belle guests will find: 

- The master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, A/C, dressing table, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and walk-in closet. The master bedroom offers balcony access and enjoys magnificent vistas.

- Another bedroom with two single beds (the beds can be set up as a king size bed as well, upon request) , A/C and veranda access.

- One bathroom with shower.

Ground floor

The ground floor of Villa Belle is laid out around an open-plan great room that stretches the width of the house, where elegant style meets modern luxury. 

- Take a seat on one the comfortable sofa in the sitting area, or have a family dinner around the dining table. The living area also features an HDTV,  a fireplace and opens up to a spacious veranda equipped with outdoor furniture, the garden and the pool. The whole room enjoys beautiful sea views.

- A fully equipped kitchen with an additional indoor dining table can be found in a separate room, next to the living room. The kitchen also offers veranda access and beautiful views of the sea.

- Bedroom with a king size bed, TV, A/C and windows that overlook the sea.

- Bedroom with two single beds (the beds can be set up as a king size bed as well, upon request), A/C, sea view and en-suite WC. 

- An additional bathroom with shower can be also found on this level.

Lower floor

Descending a few steps guests can find:

- The last three remaining bedrooms, all with a king size bed and their own en-suite bathrooms.

- The playroom area which features a comfortable corner sofa and coffee table, 65” HDTV, Playstation 4 console with games, board games, DVD player and DVDs, as well as a pool table.

- The playroom provides outdoor access to a veranda and the garden, where a table tennis and table football are also available.

- For the athletic type, the gym area has a collection of fitness equipment such as a treadmill, elliptical machine and chest press.

Outdoor area

However, the highlight of the villa, is no other than it’s amazing outdoor area. The exterior covers 4,000 sq.m of which 2,600 sq.m are accessible to our guests. The gardens and pool area are beautifully landscaped, surrounded with trees and flowers and at the same time they offer several facilities.

- Spend your holiday by the 55 sq.m. private, swimming and enjoy the hot summer days. The pool area is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower, so you can sunbathe with ease. The pool can also be heated with an additional charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). 

- Linger in the 6 seater hot tub or the hammock next to it, and enjoy the panoramic views.

- Heat up the fully equipped, charcoal barbecue for dinner and have a unique al fresco experience.  A wood oven is also available, as well as an outdoor sink. 

- Two shaded dining tables can be found near the barbecue area.

- A wonderful, shaded gazebo offers an outdoor living room with two sofas, chairs and tables, from where you have unobstructed views of the Fortezza fortress, Rethymno town and of course the blue sea and sky.

Furthermore, the outdoor area of the Villa is a dream come true for our younger guests as well.

- A separate children’s pool (8 m²), 0.75 m. deep is available for your little ones, so you can let them splash without worrying.

- A shaded playground next to the pool will keep them busy, as it features a trampoline, slide, seesaw and various toys.

- A wooden swing set is also available next to the BBQ area.

- Lawn garden areas are ideal for the kids to play as well.

- A sports field, in the backyard, offering facilities for many sports such as volleyball, tennis, basketball or soccer.

- A mini golf.

- The whole outdoor area is totally fenced, offering safety and 100% privacy to our guests.
