Casa Scordilli is a sumptuous and elegant 815 sq.m. dwelling situated on a vast 11,500 sq.m. piece of land  in Akrotiri area, boasts spectacular, panoramic views of the surrounding citrus groves and Cretan coastline, Souda Bay and the White Mountains. The Villa is conveniently located only 6 km outside of Chania city and 10 km away from the International Airport of Chania. Layout

Ground Floor

Entering the Villa on the ground floor of Casa Scordilli you are taken by surprise by the spacious living room, which shines bright thanks to the ample sunlight getting through the large windows and double doors that cover the whole length of the open plan room and exit to the garden and pool. Feel instantly relaxed by the thoughtful earthy palette, creamy white accents, and excess of natural light. The interior  design is very elegant and white marble from Penteli (famous since antiquity that was used to build the Acropolis) is the dominant material, harmoniously matched with vintage furniture and decorative elements, colonial architectural features and modern amenities, creating an eclectic aesthetic. The living area is complemented by an open fireplace, white coloured comfy sofas and various seating spots. In the separate adjacent space created by the staircase, an indoor dining table for 8 is available.

Moving on, on your left hand, you will find the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, providing top quality professional appliances and making sure that all essentials for preparing a homemade meal are at your disposal, including a breakfast table for 4, island counter, grill and deep fryer, american style fridge and more. The kitchen also offers access to the garden, pool terrace, as well as to a veranda, offering an outdoor dining table.

On your right hand there is a separate, sophisticated office space for those who need to catch up on their e-mails even during holiday, equipped with desk, bookcase, two sofas, 40’’ smart TV, high-speed wi-fi, A/C, sea and garden views, as well as direct access to the garden. A WC is also available next to the office.

First Floor

Following the staircase up to the first floor there is an interior balcony overlooking the living room and three of the villa’s bedrooms are also located on this level. The first master bedroom of Casa Scordilli on your left  features a king size bed, vanity, spacious wardrobes, sofa and suitcase stand. On your right, the second master bedroom has two single beds, walk-in closet, while the third one features a king sized bed, sofa and  walk-in closet. All 3 bedrooms offer en-suite marble bathrooms with a bathtub, Coco-mattresses, Smart TVs with Netflix, A/C, Wi-Fi, Safe box, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. In addition, the exterior balconies with views to the garden, the pool and  Souda bay, invite you to take in the stunning surroundings from yet another perspective. 

Lower  Floor

The lower level of Casa Scordilli offers an array of entertainment options which include a home cinema installation with a projector, PS5, board games, bluetooth speaker and comfortable seating for fun movie nights with your loved ones. Additionally, a well-stuffed bookcase and a fireplace add a cosy touch to the room.  Furthermore,  an elliptical machine and yoga mattresses allow you to stay active and energetic any time you feel like it. 

The two remaining bedrooms of Casa Scordilli  can be found on this level as well, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined to create a king bed upon request. Both bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms with walk-in shower cabins, 50’’ TVs, Coco-mattresses, A/C Wi-Fi and garden views. Finally, the laundry room is also located on the lower floor and it’s equipped with a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. 

Outdoor area

The outdoor area of Casa Scordilli boasts a striking combination of contradictory sceneries, the Aegean blue and the wild mountainous landscape of Crete all in one enchanting picture that may well please all kinds of tastes. At sunset, you will be charmed by the magnificent colours deluding the sky and later on by the glowing moon illuminating the sea below. The exterior also offers numerous facilities, which include:

-A 140 sq.m. private swimming pool and the sun terrace around it, providing comfortable sun-beds, shaded by umbrellas, make “staying at home” an equally satisfying choice when you don’t feel like driving to the beach. 

-Well-kept and fragrant gardens that surround the villa are a delight throughout the year with palm trees, cypresses, bountiful fruit bearing citrus groves, figs and more than 100 olive trees  that produce our very own organic olive oil. Various flowers, plants, oleanders and the smell of thyme and oregano fill the air and coexist to compose colourful surroundings filled with alluring essences. In addition, the vast and well-trimmed lawn-covered areas are ideal for young children to play safely.

-An outdoor kitchen featuring a fridge, dishwasher, oven, sink and Weber BBQ grill will take the al fresco dining experience to a whole new level.

-Two outdoor dining tables, shaded with a pergola, make the sitting areas an all-day relaxing choice next to the pool. 

-2 WCs and a changing room with shower are also available outdoors.

-A private tennis court made according to international standards, along with the necessary equipment.

-Numerous relaxing spots with large sofas, coffee tables and armchairs offer ample space for all guests to kick back and enjoy some alone time. Let your mood guide you and simply pick your preferred spot.

-Upon arrival, you are greeted by a paved tree-lined driveway that leads to the villa and the parking area within the villa grounds, with space for a number of cars. The whole outdoor area is fully fenced, offering total privacy and safety to our guests.
